Season 2 is the upcoming final season of AMC’s The Walking Dead: World Beyond. It will premiere on October 3, 2021 and will consist of 10 episodes. The series is a companion series to The Walking Dead, which is based on the comic book series of the same name by Robert Kirkman, Tony Moore, and Charlie Adlard. It was executive produced by Kirkman, David Alpert, Gale Anne Hurd, Brian Bockrath, Scott Gimple and Matt Negrete, with Negrete as showrunner for his second and final season.
